Beach Again!

The last post was a beach post, and this one is too! This time over on the Pacific Ocean. We had a couple days off and the beach isn't too far away so we did a short 2 night getaway at a resort. It was called the Sunscape Dorado Pacifico in Ixtapa, it was an all-inclusive which is great because you have everything you need right there. All drinks and food, including alcohol!

Ed and I got engaged at a restaurant that overlooked this beach in July 2010!

Way different than the calm aqua Caribbean, but just as fun. These huge waves were great to swim and jump in. 

We went on weekdays so it wasn't crowded at all. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. 

Ed got a henna tattoo on his chest and next time we go, I'm going to get one too :)

It wasn't humid for some reason but it was still very warm, I thought so at least. Ed who doesn't like the sun was chilly in the shade and tired so he took a nap looking like a mummy wrapped up in this towel.

Something not a lot of other resorts have! A little cafe that has cappucinos, mokas, and desserts.
